Cocktail Recipe: Strawberry Lemonade Fizz

We also really wanted a cocktail that was leveled up, but easy. Something that looked and tasted way more impressive than the work we put into it (because let’s face it – this time of year is hard enough). So, we spent the afternoon in our test kitchen and…

Strawberry Lemonade Fizz 
You will need:
1 can of Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade
2-3 Strawberries
1 oz of gin (omit for an alcohol free alternative – we promise, this one stands up!)
1 sprig of Rosemary (optional, but goes a long way in aroma/fancy appearance)

Muddle 2 strawberries in your favourite rock glass. Add 1 oz of gin and a scoop of ice. Crack a can of Strawberry Rhubarb lemonade and pour over top. Give it a light stir and garnish with a strawberry and sprig of rosemary.

You’ve got yourself a party-level cocktail that’s as easy as can be, and is just as delicious if you omit the gin. Enjoy!
